The MX 1000 stands as a hallmark of efficiency in waste
management. This revolutionary vertical disk centrifuge technology allows to process highly emulsified oily waste streams with solids content upto 12%. At the same time the MX 1000 recovers oil to less than 0.5 percent water content and less than 0.1% solids content. It also recover solids with significantly lower oil content when compared to other types of centrifuges or decanters. This revolutionary centrifuge streamlines waste processing, reducing time and resources while optimising the recycling process. With MX 1000, Scaltech maximises the value extracted from waste, pushing the boundaries of sustainability.

Basket Strainer screen is in the form of a basket, with a lifting handle, so that all particulate captured and retained by the screen can be easily removed for disposal.
